Refund policy

We understand that sometimes purchases are not always right.
For an exchange/return to be made, the item must not have been used or washed and it must have the hygiene seals, in the case of swimwear, as well as the labels, as sent. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item. 

Items used with discount codes, for example ( blackfriday) cannot be returned !
Would you wish to return any items please follow the instructions below:

Check your received package for any damaging or faults and let us know by e-mail at info@insideoutswimwear.co or via contact form.

Goods must be returned in their original condition. Returned items include their tags and hygiene sticker and must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered in any way.

If you would like to change your items for a different color or size, return your unwanted item and place a new order. 

1. Fill in the return form and add it along with your items to the parcel. (Without the return form, there can be a delay in the refunding process)

2. Please use a traceable or insured method such as a recorded delivery. As we can’t refund items that have been lost on their way back to our shop.
(Please remember, that returning costs are at your expense.)

3. The money will be refunded as soon as possible after receiving your return (with a maximum of 14 days). We will always refund the money to the same account as which you paid with.
